Key Responsibilities

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents, ensuring seamless access to critical information
• Efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns, using your expertise in MS Office products
• Scheduling appointments and managing anniversary calendars with precision and attention to detail

• Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports, ensuring accurate and timely billing
