About this role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be empowered to provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through every step of their car-buying journey. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers, reinforcing our simple and efficient process. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

What you'll do

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the car-buying process, from sale to financing and beyond
  • Conducting vehicle condition assessments, collecting and recording information to facilitate customer appraisals
  • Receiving and processing vehicles shipped to arenaflex, completing daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
  • Performing cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
  • Handling various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies
  • Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed
  • Ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing and managing repair orders

Purpose of the role

This is a high-energy retail sales environment where you'll work as a team to meet goals and handle a wide range of customer interactions. To succeed, you'll need to quickly build rapport with people, understand their needs, and manage diverse tasks with limited supervision. Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
  • Valid Driver's License
