Key Responsibilities

As a Transportation Representative in our ECR team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries from leaders and resolving contacts received through escalation channels
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with CS and non-CS departments to resolve customer issues
  • Conducting detailed root cause analysis to identify systemic and quality concerns contributing to poor customer experiences
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to implement process or technology fixes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the arenaflex Network to develop proactive rescue mechanisms, solutions, and systemic fixes
  • Identifying and measuring root causes of customer experience failures and presenting findings to stakeholders

A Day in the Life

As a Transportation Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to address customer issues, identify root causes, and implement systemic changes to improve customer satisfaction. Your day will be filled with:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Conducting root cause analysis to identify systemic and quality concerns
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Developing proactive rescue mechanisms, solutions, and systemic fixes
  • Measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes and identifying areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A relentless obsession for the customer and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Demonstrated flexibility in work hours based on operational requirements
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and demonstrate flexibility in approaching responsibilities and change
  • Good judgment and discretion, with excellent decision-making skills to effectively manage the needs of the customer and business
  • Goal-driven, target-oriented, and able to step back and look at the bigger picture

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Perfection in responses to internal leaders is required
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
