  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required
  • Communicating effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies
  • Meeting set targets for data entry volumes and deadlines
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in data entry or administrative work is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, experience working in logistics or e-commerce is a plus, as is familiarity with arenaflex systems or platforms.
