Virtual Livestream Event Moderation

As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will be responsible for: * Welcoming and energizing the virtual audience during live sessions * Monitoring and interacting with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat * Sharing event updates, encouraging participation, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment * Hosting and moderating livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers * Guiding one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests * Managing timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule * Working with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues

Audience Engagement and Community Building

As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will also be responsible for: * Fostering a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included * Helping amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue * Encouraging audience participation and engagement throughout the event
