Job Summary

As an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the subject matter expert on enterprise record and billing issues, proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to USG and enterprise clients, including phone, email, and chat support

• Collaborate with the AWS Venture team to deliver top-notch support and services to clients
• Serve as the subject matter expert on enterprise record and billing issues, providing proactive assistance to clients to avoid potential problems
• Resolve complex issues efficiently, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
• Work closely with other teams, including Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Communications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Knowledge of enterprise record and billing systems, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
• Experience working with sales and solution architects to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Certification in a related field, such as ITIL or CompTIA
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
