Experienced Co-op, Operations and Customer Center (Fall 2025) – Join arenaflex's Dynamic Team

Our Operations & Customer Center (OCC) is the heartbeat of our worldwide operations, responsible for making strategic and tactical decisions to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers. We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented co-op students to join our dynamic team for a minimum of 3 alternating work terms (Fall 2025, Summer 2026, and Spring 2027).

About arenaflex's Operations & Customer Center

arenaflex's OCC is the nerve center of our operations, supporting our 24/7 global network. Our team of aviation professionals works tirelessly to ensure the smooth operation of our flights, using data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges. As a co-op student, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, leveraging your skills and knowledge to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As an OCC Co-op, you'll be assigned to one of our dynamic teams, supporting our operations and customer service efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with aviation professionals to analyze data and develop solutions to operational business challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Developing and maintaining data-driven products and applications to support operational decision-making
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and internal stakeholders
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improvement

Team Assignments

You'll have the opportunity to work with one of the following teams:

• Air Traffic Management: This team is responsible for overseeing Delta's relationship and strategy with the FAA and Air Traffic Control facilities. As an OCC Co-op, you'll work with experienced analytical professionals to develop data-driven solutions to mitigate system delay and improve operational decision-making.
• Operations Management: This team is responsible for overseeing Delta's day-to-day operation, including aircraft and crew resources. As an OCC Co-op, you'll work with the Operations Management back office team to create applications and identify efficiencies to streamline workflow.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a similar 4-year degree program
• Be available to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM work schedule
• Be enrolled with an educational institution throughout the duration of the co-op program
• Be willing to learn new skills and adapt to new situations
• Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Be comfortable working in group and individual settings
• Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we're looking for co-op students who possess the following preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
