The Role

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and troubleshooting assistance. Key Responsibilities:
