The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Strategic Customer Engagements Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals in the Americas region. You'll work closely with customers, AWS field sales executives, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute deal strategies, drive revenue growth, and increase cloud adoption. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the overall deal structure, negotiating with C-level executives, and presenting complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals

  • Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals
  • Contribute to developing arenaflex's value proposition and solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and cloud adoption
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, service teams, finance, and legal
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the development of commercial strategies for deals with AWS field sales executives
  • Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Develop strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicate and identify deal blockers
  • Lead or support presentation of deal proposals to customers

  • Competitive Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $128,600/year to $212,600/year, plus variable pay via a sales compensation plan.
  • Total Compensation Package: In addition to competitive pay, you'll be eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of demonstrated success working with customers on substantial, strategic, and complex software or cloud services/infrastructure deals from opportunity through closure

  • 8+ years of working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, and legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Finance (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Direct field experience with enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
