In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our automotive dealer clients, engaging with customers via online chat and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue.

Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about the products and services offered by our automotive dealer clients
- Narrowing down appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services to ensure you're well-equipped to assist customers effectively
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change (gaming experience is a plus!)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily and a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST)
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be a great asset:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
