Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data, planning, product, and leadership groups, to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll use your analytical skills and technical expertise to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze large, complex data sets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements

• Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility, advancing data delivery, and automating manual processes
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS and SQL technologies to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Create analytical tools to leverage data insights, providing valuable knowledge into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including data, planning, product, and leadership groups, to address data-related technical issues and provide guidance on data-driven decision-making
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
• Perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or data science

• Strong understanding of design principles, tools, and standards associated with creating accurate technical plans, designs, drawings, and models
• Ability to apply scientific and technical knowledge to design and develop various products and labor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and explore related data to create and assess solutions
• Ability to recognize and address potential issues, without necessarily solving the problem
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as AWS and SQL
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and its application in business operations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or data science

• Experience with data engineering and data science tools, such as AWS, SQL, and Python
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and data storage technologies, such as AWS and Azure
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
