Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and personalized service to our customers, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and issue tickets, determine fares, and provide travel information to customers
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to meet their expectations
- Work with a security mindset to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Portuguese
- Experience working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Ability to work in a 24-hour, multi-day per week schedule, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
- Possession of a valid visa and U.S. visa
