Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Researching account status and identifying account issues to provide effective solutions
- Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Processing disconnection and re-connection requests with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues with a customer-centric approach
- Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-connection requests with a focus on resolving issues efficiently
- Serving as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating effectively with our diverse customer base
