Job Summary

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the go-to person for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, providing seamless support and service

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
