Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our production and operations team. As the key point of contact for customers after a sale is made, you'll be responsible for tracking jobs from order placement to delivery and ensuring all questions and concerns are promptly addressed. Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from sale through production to final delivery: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

  • Track and update the status of jobs using internal systems and production software: You'll use our internal systems to track the progress of orders and update customers on the status of their jobs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping: You'll be the go-to person for customers with questions or concerns about their orders, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy: You'll work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction: You'll be responsible for keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution: You'll work with our production team to resolve any issues that may arise during the production process and escalate concerns to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, and workflow tracking software: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order status in our CRM and order management systems.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred: While experience in customer service or production support is preferred, we're open to training the right candidate.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and production teams, as well as manage multiple orders and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems to perform your duties.
  • Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required): While experience in print production or packaging is a plus, it's not required. We're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment: You'll need to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with our production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail: You'll need to be able to maintain accurate records and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
