Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline support for our diverse clientele, providing top-notch service from the comfort of your home. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complaints and problems with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach
