What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas.
• Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty.
• Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.

Your Qualifications

• You have a high level of Dutch (oral and written) and fluency in English.
• You have experience in customer service.
• You maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive attitude.
• You have the ability to actively listen, educate, and extract relevant information efficiently.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with email, phone, and organizational abilities.
• You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You have the conditions to work from home, including access to a router, private office space, and good internet speed.
