Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Remote WFM Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
As a Remote WFM Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and services to provide the best possible experience for our customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
