Responsibilities
As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Processing customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Updating inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
- Providing light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Adhering to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
- Assisting in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
