Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to assist our Sales and Marketing team in managing client data, maintaining internal advertiser spreadsheets, and communicating with advertising partners through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data to our custom tracking platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Communicate with new and current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger, providing clear and concise updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions. - Maintain and update internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Provide written and oral updates to the team regarding campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities. - Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. - Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including typing, computer shortcuts, and extreme multi-tasking. - Proficiency in basic HTML and CSS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with custom tracking platforms and data management software. - Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising channels. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Certification in digital marketing or a related field (e.g., Google Analytics Certification).
