Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and driving sales growth in our El Cajon branch. You will work closely with our customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve issues, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers, contractors, and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
- Generate sales orders and quotes, ensuring accurate product information and pricing
- Merchandise products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and availability
- Pick and receive orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide product information
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
