Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources into our company databases and systems, verifying and updating information to maintain data integrity, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and complete projects efficiently.

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into our company databases and systems
  • Regularly verifying, updating, and correcting information to maintain data integrity
  • Organizing and managing electronic files to ensure information is easily accessible
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and complete projects efficiently
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Following company protocols to safeguard sensitive information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
  • Proficiency in typing and familiarity with data entry software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection
  • Experience in data entry or similar roles is a plus but not required

Essential Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools, such as Google Sheets or Airtable
