Role Overview

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their shipment tracking, delivery inquiries, and other arenaflex-related services. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent typing skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while offering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers via live chat, providing support for shipment tracking, delivery statuses, and billing inquiries. - Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently using arenaflex's internal systems. - Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all written communication. - Accurately document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes. - Escalate issues as necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service. - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Must be based in or near Sacramento, CA, and authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous customer service or live chat experience is preferred. - Strong communication skills, especially in writing. - Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills. - A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace. - Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including arenaflex's internal systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
