As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with our customers to resolve their queries, complaints, and concerns. Key Responsibilities As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with customers via live chat to provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support. * Resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently by offering appropriate solutions. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services to deliver correct and helpful responses. * Escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. * Representing the arenaflex brand with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus. * Previous experience in customer service, online support, or live chat preferred. * Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and tone. * Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. * A reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (computer, headset, etc.). * Comfortable navigating and adapting to various digital tools and support systems.
