This 12-24 month apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with hands-on training and real-world experience in customer service, claims processing, and business operations. Apprenticeship Role: Customer Experience Apprentice

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting customers and business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries related to insurance claims and policy information
  • Investigating and resolving customer requests of basic complexity under general supervision
  • Maintaining and reporting daily work conditions based on business unit needs
  • Identifying and escalating system and/or policy issues as needed
  • Supporting system and application testing to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Receiving and responding to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners

Education and Qualifications

To be eligible for this apprenticeship program, you must be currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or other relevant fields. Candidates with strong customer service and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. You must also be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
