Job Summary

The Full Stack Security Architect will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of arenaflex's IT systems, data, and infrastructure. As a key member of our IT Security, Data Protection, and Compliance team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security controls, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security controls, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Innovation, Review/Compliance, and IT groups, to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Conduct security assessments, risk evaluations, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop and implement security awareness training programs to educate employees on security best practices and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the Data Innovation team to design and implement data protection and compliance solutions.
• Work closely with the Review/Compliance team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide security consulting and advisory services to IT teams, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security architecture reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of security innovation.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security architecture, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards, including NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Experience with security tools, technologies, and platforms, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with cloud security, DevOps, and containerization.
• Strong understanding of mobile security, including MDM, MTD, and Grate.
• Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.
