Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in chat support or a similar environment
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat interactions effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Previous experience with chat support tools or CRM software is advantageous
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while still being a collaborative team player
