Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and selling insurance policies to our clients. You will also be responsible for tracking customer inquiries, handling complaints, and staying up-to-date on new marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
  • Selling insurance policies to our clients, including Business, Commercial Building, Workers Compensation, Home, Auto, and Life insurance
  • Keeping track of all customer inquiries and following up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
  • Handling complaints, helping with onboarding new clients, presenting appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and following up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
  • Staying up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and customer service initiatives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • A proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
