Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement to demonstrate your ability to learn and grow.
  • 18 Years of Age or Older: A requirement to ensure you meet the necessary age and maturity requirements for the position.
  • Proven Call Center Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Typing 25 WPM: A requirement to ensure you can efficiently and accurately process customer information.
  • Proficient in PC Operation and Navigation: A basic requirement to ensure you can effectively use our technology and systems.
  • Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: A requirement to ensure you can identify and resolve basic network issues.
  • Ability to Set Up Home Wi-Fi Network: A requirement to ensure you can establish a stable and secure internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to Set Up and Configure a Router or Switch: A requirement to ensure you can troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Core Proficiency with a Laptop or Desktop Computer: A basic requirement to ensure you can effectively use our technology and systems.
  • Able to Work Independently: A requirement to ensure you can work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent Communications Skills, Both Oral and Written: A requirement to ensure you can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Representatives Field Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Connect with Customers via Phone/Email/Chat/Social Media: Interact with customers through various channels to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Calmly Attempt to Resolve and De-Escalate Any Issues: Remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers, attempting to resolve and de-escalate issues.
  • Escalate Interactions When Necessary and Appropriate: Escalate interactions to a supervisor or other team member when necessary and appropriate.
  • Respond to Requests for Assistance and/or Possible Processing Payments: Respond to customer requests for assistance and process payments as necessary.
  • Track All Call Related Information for Auditing and Reporting Purposes: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide Feedback on Call Issues: Provide feedback on call issues to improve customer service and quality.
  • Upsell if Required: Offer additional products or services to customers as required.
