Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist – Live Operations and Game Development

Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the live chat support services for our games, working closely with our Live Help Operations team to ensure seamless execution and high-quality support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Live Help Operations team to develop and refine our live chat support strategy, ensuring that our users receive timely and effective support across all platforms.
  • Working closely with our game development teams to ensure that our live chat support services are aligned with our game development roadmap and meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our live chat support services, including the development of new tools and technologies.
  • Providing training and support to our live chat support agents, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional support to our users.
  • Analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our live chat support services.
  • Collaborating with our business development and innovation teams to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our live chat support services.

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in live chat support or a related field, with a strong understanding of live operations and game development.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing live chat support strategies that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with live chat support tools and technologies, including chat platforms, ticketing systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of game development principles and practices, including game design, development, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Strong knowledge of game development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with project management tools and technologies, including Asana, Trello, and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices, including user research, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
