Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This remote opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage of $23, flexible working hours for part-time roles (under 4 hours per shift), and a range of benefits including health insurance, dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various inquiries, including flight information, booking changes, and general travel-related questions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues such as cancellations or changes to itineraries
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements
