Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. You will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Requirements
