Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting members with questions related to insurance policies and arenaflex memberships
- Delivering personalized, proactive solutions and recommending valuable products and services that meet our members' needs
- Engaging with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset that resolves issues efficiently and effectively
- Thinking quickly and critically to resolve complex issues in a non-scripted environment, where no two interactions are ever the same
- Navigating multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking to provide seamless support
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment that requires adaptability and flexibility
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance and stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time
- A flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019)
