Responsibilities As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and facilitating appointment scheduling. Your primary objectives will be to: * Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat * Deliver accurate information regarding products and services via chat * Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details * Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation * Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration * Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services Work Schedule We're looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after the first week of training. During your first week, you'll train Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, before moving into your regular shift. Requirements While previous customer service or automotive experience is a bonus, it's not a requirement.
