Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, processing payments, and providing product and service recommendations. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with account inquiries, including billing, payment, and service-related questions. - Troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and workarounds to resolve customer problems. - Process payments, including credit card transactions and other payment methods. - Provide product and service recommendations to customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their telecommunications needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
