Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will:

• Manage full-cycle data entry projects, including procedure, identifying the right partners, outreach, competitive bidding, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external merchant partners and internal business colleagues.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously – from fast agreement recharges to in-depth new essential associations.
• Organize a vast dataset of organizations, be data-driven, and provide clear reporting back to management on the status of recharges or other significant agreement terms.
• Analyze spend and other data to resolve issues, monitor buying activity, and lead benchmarking.
• Ensure that all agreements are executed and recorded, and that approved payments reflect organizational terms.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong understanding of data entry and management principles.
• Ability to convincingly manage a multitude of tasks across the business that are often highly specialized in nature.
• Logical experience grounded in strong business/finance basics.
• Remarkable relational skills in all forms – written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite and senior leaders as well as experienced provider partners.
• Energy to engage with diverse and dispersed teams across the organization consistently.
• Ideally, at least 4 years of data entry related work experience.
