Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email support in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product access, billing concerns, and order lookups
- Following prewritten workflows and support scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Tagging, logging, and summarizing each interaction to track customer issues and improve support processes
- Maintaining a helpful, calm, and professional tone in every message to ensure a positive customer experience

Pay & Scheduling Structure
* Start at $25/hour
- Eligible for $30-$35/hour after 30 shifts and strong performance reviews
- Select shifts weekly via our internal calendar, with a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
Training Process
Our comprehensive training program includes:
- 2 hours of self-guided video onboarding to get you started
- Practice chats with feedback to help you improve your skills
- One monitored shift with live QA support to ensure you're ready to go live
- Start real shifts within a few days of completing onboarding
Example Shift
You pick a 2 PM-8 PM shift and help a customer access a purchase, answer a billing question with a templated response, and process a cancellation for another user. All handled via live chat and email – quiet, efficient, and zero phone involvement.
