We're seeking an experienced Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. About the Role
As a Customer Sales & Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from commercial and residential consumers to green industry professionals. You'll be responsible for:
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers
* Cultivating and managing strong relationships with customers
* Assisting customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
* Pulling and preparing inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
* Proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
* Partnering with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
* Assisting with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
* Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
* Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
* Inventory management experience helpful
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
