Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to become a key member of our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering incoming calls, and assisting with product inquiries. You'll also take phone orders, accurately enter them into our system, and help customers identify correct parts using our comprehensive catalog. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product inquiries

  • Take phone orders and accurately enter them into our system
  • Help customers identify correct parts using our catalog
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Occasionally support other departments as part of a flexible team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent phone and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to learn and navigate our product catalog confidently
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
  • ERP/business software familiarity is a bonus
  • Previous exposure to technical, medical, or dental equipment is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of medical and dental equipment industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
