The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Web Chat Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our support network, answering real-time support requests from customers who need help accessing content, resetting login credentials, applying coupon codes, or updating their subscription settings. This is a non-phone role that requires clear scripts, documented workflows, and built-in tools for ticket management. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve basic billing, access, and account-related problems.

Pay Structure & Shift Options

Training Process
