Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services to deliver accurate information and provide exceptional support.
- Recording and documenting all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members.
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, sharing feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
