Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Dispatcher for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and customers. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicles and provide updates to customers. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status - Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicles and provide updates to customers - Analyze data and reports to identify trends or areas for improvement in the supply chain process - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using RouteGenie software - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with supply chain processes and fleet management is a plus - Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role - Knowledge of GPS and transportation management systems - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with RouteGenie software - Certification in customer service or a related field
