Job Overview
As a Customer Happiness Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and subscribers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and solution-focused. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.
Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage a high volume of customer support tickets and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and empathetic
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including billing profiles and purchase history
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior management, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed promptly and professionally
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in online customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software, including Keap/Infusionsoft, Authorize.net, and Stripe
- Familiarity with Google Drive and other cloud-based productivity tools
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
