Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a permanent work-from-home role. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our members and providers. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Handling incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries - Maintaining department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and applying arenaflex's Core Values in day-to-day operations - Creating a Differentiated Service Experience for our customers - Demonstrating Service Discipline and handling Service Challenges with ease - Providing Solutions to Constituent Needs and working across boundaries to resolve issues - Utilizing search engines and Microsoft Applications to efficiently manage customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a metric-based environment - Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Applications and comfortability utilizing search engines - Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with: - Experience working in a call center environment - Medical terminology/insurance experience - Results-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Ability to work in a team environment and apply arenaflex's Core Values in day-to-day operations
