Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through both on-site and off-site chat channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and accurate support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offering product demonstrations and educating customers on new features and updates.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement new customer support strategies and processes.
  • Proactively communicating with customers to provide status updates and follow-up on ongoing issues.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, comprehensive training and ongoing support, opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, flexible work options including on-site and off-site support, and a positive and collaborative work environment. Our compensation range for this role is $60K - $70K.
