Role Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers via live chat with a range of issues, including login problems, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting. Using company-provided scripts and workflows, you will deliver timely and consistent support that meets arenaflex's high standards. Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
- Assist with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes, using scripted replies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency
- Document and escalate issues as needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Use arenaflex's proprietary software and tools to manage live chats, track customer interactions, and analyze data to improve support processes
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer satisfaction and support efficiency

Technical Requirements & Skills
* Laptop or desktop computer with Chrome browser
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to arenaflex's proprietary systems
Compensation & Scheduling
* Starting pay: $25/hour
- Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
- Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduling platform allows you to choose your own hours and schedule
- Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities to work more hours as needed
Training & Onboarding
* 2-hour online onboarding, covering arenaflex's policies, procedures, and software
- Practice chats with simulated customers, allowing you to develop your skills and build confidence
- First shift monitored by QA, providing feedback and coaching to ensure you meet arenaflex's high standards
- Paid work begins within 3–5 days, with ongoing training and support to help you succeed
