Responsibilities
As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding student loans via phone, chat, and email
- Providing detailed information and processing applications for student loans
- Resolving emerging problems that customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency
- Practicing active listening and communicating clearly and professionally with customers
- Following established policies and standard operating procedures during customer interactions
- Documenting calls and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize pre-scripted responses and provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
