Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policy owners and agents, handling incoming calls, and resolving issues related to life insurance policies and products. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls related to their life insurance policies and products
- Handling calls that may include, but are not limited to, questions regarding premium, billing, customer website access, and client changes (e.g., beneficiary changes, address changes)
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior representatives or management as needed
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in handling calls and caseload
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Essential Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of calls and resolving complex issues
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls and caseload with a high degree of accuracy
- Openness to feedback and a passion for learning and development
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide options to customers
- High motivation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Team player with a willingness to support and assist colleagues whenever possible
Technical Skills
You will also need to possess:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, and PDF)
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and concepts, preferably in Life and Retirement Services
- Proven computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency in learning new applications
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma or above
Shift Timings
The successful candidate will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 7pm CST, with possible weekend operations.
