Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering. We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
