Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry

Work From Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • A secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection, not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line-of-sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work From Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who don't meet our required internet access or live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
